Engagement models

Ways to work with us

Different problems need different commercial arrangements. Pick the one that suits your situation, or combine them.

01

Managed service

A monthly retainer covering support, monitoring, patching and administration. Predictable cost, agreed response times, no surprise invoices.

Best for: organisations that want IT handled.

02

Project delivery

A defined scope, timeline and price for a specific piece of work: a migration, a build, an assessment, a rollout.

Best for: a change with a clear start and finish.

03

Consultancy and advisory

Independent expertise by the day or as a retained advisory arrangement, including architecture, strategy and assurance.

Best for: decisions before commitment.

04

Staff augmentation

Our specialists working inside your team, to your priorities and your process, for as long as you need them.

Best for: capacity or a skills gap.

Our approach

How every engagement runs

Whether it is a two-week assessment or a two-year programme, the shape is the same.

1

Strategy

We start with your business goals, current systems, budget and constraints, then agree what good looks like and how it will be measured.

2

Design

We design the solution end to end: architecture, integrations, security, data, user experience and the plan to get there safely.

3

Build

We deliver in planned stages with clear milestones, regular demonstrations and testing, so there are no surprises at go-live.

4

Secure

Security, access control, backup and compliance are built into every stage, not bolted on once the project is finished.

5

Support

We train your people, hand over documentation and stay on to monitor, maintain and improve the solution over time.

FAQs

Common questions

Yes, and a large share of our work is exactly that. Internal teams typically bring us in for specialist capability they do not keep in house (security assessment, cloud architecture, integration work), for extra capacity during a project, or for independent assurance on something already underway. We agree the boundary clearly at the outset so there is no confusion about who owns what.

No. Most clients start with one thing: support, a security review, a single application, and expand if it goes well. The advantage of the range is that as your needs grow you do not need to onboard a new supplier each time.

Managed services are a fixed monthly fee based on users, devices and the service level you need. Projects are quoted as a fixed price against an agreed scope wherever possible, so you know the number before you commit. Consultancy and augmentation are day-rate based. In every case you get the pricing model in writing before any work begins.

That is normal and not a problem. We can work alongside incumbent suppliers, take over specific responsibilities as contracts come up for renewal, or manage the transition entirely. We will also tell you if an existing arrangement is serving you well and worth keeping.

For support and advisory work, usually within days. For larger projects the timeline depends on scope and discovery, but we will give you a realistic date at proposal stage rather than an optimistic one.

Yes. We deliver remotely across West Africa and travel for on-site work where a project requires it. Several of our engagements involve organisations with operations in more than one country.
