Cloud & Infrastructure

Infrastructure that scales with you, wherever it lives.

Cloud migration, Microsoft 365, networks, servers and connectivity, designed, implemented and managed for reliability. We help you decide what belongs in the cloud, what does not, and how to get there without disrupting the business.

The problem

The infrastructure conversations we have most often

These are the situations that most often bring organisations to us for this service. If two or three of them land, there is a conversation worth having.

Capability

What is included

The full capability. Most engagements start with part of it and grow, so you are not obliged to take everything on day one.

Cloud strategy and readiness

An honest assessment of which workloads should move, which should stay, what it will cost and what the migration path looks like.

Cloud migration

Planned, staged migration to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud or AWS, with rollback options and minimal disruption to users.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Licensing, tenant setup, migration, SharePoint and Teams structure, security baselines and the governance most deployments never received.

Servers and virtualisation

On-premises and hybrid infrastructure design, virtualisation, storage and the refresh planning that stops equipment failing in service.

Networks and connectivity

LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN and multi-site connectivity designed for the way your organisation actually works, including branches and field teams.

Business continuity

Backup, replication and disaster recovery designed against recovery objectives you have agreed, and tested so the plan is more than a document.

Cost optimisation

Right-sizing, licence review and reserved capacity planning to bring cloud spend back under control without losing capability.

Identity and access

Single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and conditional access, so the right people reach the right systems from the right places.

Managed cloud operations

Ongoing administration, monitoring, patching and optimisation once you are live.

Outcomes

What changes for your organisation

The outcomes we hold ourselves to. We agree how each one will be measured before work begins.

Delivery

How we deliver it

The same five stages apply whether this is a short assessment or a long-term managed service.

1

Strategy

We start with your business goals, current systems, budget and constraints, then agree what good looks like and how it will be measured.

2

Design

We design the solution end to end: architecture, integrations, security, data, user experience and the plan to get there safely.

3

Build

We deliver in planned stages with clear milestones, regular demonstrations and testing, so there are no surprises at go-live.

4

Secure

Security, access control, backup and compliance are built into every stage, not bolted on once the project is finished.

5

Support

We train your people, hand over documentation and stay on to monitor, maintain and improve the solution over time.

FAQs

Common questions

No, and we will tell you when it should not. Latency-sensitive systems, certain regulated workloads, and applications with licensing that makes cloud hosting uneconomic often belong where they are. A hybrid arrangement is the right answer more often than vendors admit.

Well-planned migrations are mostly invisible to users. We migrate in stages, run pilot groups first, schedule cutovers outside working hours where possible, and keep a rollback option available until the new environment is proven.

Frequently, yes. Over-provisioned resources, forgotten test environments, wrong licence tiers and unused subscriptions are extremely common. A cost review is a short, self-contained piece of work that often pays for itself immediately.

Yes. Most of our regional client base runs on Microsoft 365 and Azure, but we work across the major platforms and choose based on what suits your applications, your team skills and your budget.
