A technology partner built around accountability.
Raymodaw is an IT services and consulting firm based in Accra, working with organisations across Ghana and West Africa. We bring strategy, delivery, security and support together under one roof, so our clients have one team to rely on rather than a list of suppliers to manage.
Why we started
Raymodaw was founded on a simple observation: most organisations in our market were getting good technology and poor outcomes.
The pattern was always similar. A firm would buy a system from one supplier, hosting from another and security from a third. Each did their piece competently. Nobody owned the whole. When something went wrong, and it always did, usually at month-end, the client became the project manager, chasing three companies who each pointed at the others.
We built Raymodaw to be the alternative: a single firm capable of advising on the strategy, designing the solution, building it, securing it and then supporting it for as long as you need. Ten years later, that is still the whole idea.
Today we work with businesses without any internal IT function, and with organisations whose IT departments bring us in for specialist capability, extra capacity or independent assurance. Both are welcome, and the approach is the same.
Mission
To give organisations across West Africa technology they can rely on: designed around their business, secured from the start, and supported by people who answer the phone.
Vision
To be the technology partner that regional businesses and public bodies turn to first, trusted for straight advice, dependable delivery and long-term partnership rather than one-off projects.

What we stand for
Six commitments that shape how we scope work, how we price it and how we behave when something goes wrong.
Straight answers
We tell you what we actually think, including when the answer is that you do not need to spend that. Long-term relationships are worth more to us than a single oversized project.
Security is not optional
Every design decision considers who can access what, how data is protected and how you recover if something goes wrong. It is not a phase at the end of the plan.
We own the outcome
Once we take something on, chasing suppliers is our job, not yours. One team is accountable from first conversation to ongoing support.
Your people matter as much as the tech
A system nobody understands is a system nobody uses. Training, documentation and handover are part of every engagement, not an optional extra.
Right-sized, not oversold
We design to your budget, your scale and your existing investments, and say so plainly when a simpler option would serve you better.
Measured by what changes
Cost, uptime, hours saved, risk reduced, revenue enabled. If we cannot point to a change in one of those, we have not finished the job.
Where we work
Our office is in Asylum Down, Accra, and we deliver to clients throughout Ghana and the wider West African sub-region.
Most of what we do, including monitoring, support, cloud administration, development and security operations, is delivered remotely, which keeps costs sensible and response times short. Where work genuinely needs people on site, whether that is a network installation, a hardware refresh, a security assessment or a training session, our engineers travel to you.
- Remote support and monitoring across all time zones we serve
- On-site engineering visits throughout Ghana
- Project delivery for regional and multi-country clients
- Flexible engagement: retained, project-based or embedded in your team
The team
Consultants, engineers, developers and security specialists: the people who will actually be working on your account.
