Common questions
Our data is a mess. Is it too early for this?
No. That is the normal starting position, and it is usually the point. Part of the work is surfacing the quality problems so they can be fixed at source. Waiting for the data to be clean before starting means never starting.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not always. If you have two or three systems and modest volumes, connecting a reporting tool directly may be enough. A warehouse earns its place when you have several sources, meaningful history or definitions that need to be enforced centrally. We will tell you which situation you are in.
Which tools do you work with?
Most commonly Microsoft Power BI, because most of our clients already own it through Microsoft 365. We also work with Looker Studio, Tableau and open-source options where they fit the requirement or the budget better.
How long before we see something?
A first working dashboard on real data typically lands within three to six weeks. We build iteratively and put something in front of users early, because reporting requirements change the moment people see actual figures.
