IT that simply works, and someone who answers the phone.
Proactive support, monitoring and management for your entire IT environment. We keep systems running, fix problems before your staff notice them, and give you a predictable monthly cost instead of a series of emergencies.
If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk
These are the situations that most often bring organisations to us for this service. You almost certainly will not recognise all of them, but if two or three land, there is a conversation worth having.
- Staff lose hours to IT problems and nobody is formally responsible for fixing them
- Support is reactive: you only hear from your provider when something has already broken
- Nobody can tell you with confidence when the last successful backup restore test was
- Software and devices are patched inconsistently, or not at all
- IT spending is unpredictable and arrives as unwelcome invoices
- One person in the business has quietly become the IT person on top of their real job
What is included
The full capability. Most engagements start with part of it and grow, so you are not obliged to take everything on day one.
Service desk
A single number and email address for your staff, with agreed response and resolution targets. Real engineers, not a script.
24/7 monitoring
Servers, networks, endpoints and critical services watched continuously, with alerts acted on before they become outages.
Patching and updates
Operating systems, applications and firmware kept current on a managed schedule, tested so updates do not break what they are meant to protect.
Endpoint protection
Managed anti-malware and endpoint detection across laptops, desktops and servers, with response when something is found.
Backup and recovery
Automated backup of the data your business cannot lose and, crucially, regular restore testing so you know it actually works.
User administration
Joiners, movers and leavers handled properly: accounts created with the right access on day one and closed down cleanly on the last.
Asset and licence management
A live inventory of what you own, what it costs, when it expires and when it needs replacing.
Service reporting
Regular reviews covering ticket volumes, response performance, recurring issues and what we recommend doing about them.
Vendor liaison
We deal with your internet provider, software vendors and hardware suppliers so your team does not have to.
What changes for your organisation
The outcomes we hold ourselves to. We agree how each one will be measured before work begins.
- Fewer interruptions, because most problems are resolved before staff notice
- A predictable monthly IT cost you can budget for
- Response times you have agreed in writing, reported against honestly
- Backups that have been tested, not just configured
- A documented environment, with no single person holding critical knowledge
- Senior technical advice included, not billed separately every time you ask
How we deliver it
The same five stages apply whether this is a short assessment or a long-term managed service.
Strategy
We start with your business goals, current systems, budget and constraints, then agree what good looks like and how it will be measured.
Design
We design the solution end to end: architecture, integrations, security, data, user experience and the plan to get there safely.
Build
We deliver in planned stages with clear milestones, regular demonstrations and testing, so there are no surprises at go-live.
Secure
Security, access control, backup and compliance are built into every stage, not bolted on once the project is finished.
Support
We train your people, hand over documentation and stay on to monitor, maintain and improve the solution over time.
Common questions
What size of organisation do you support?
We support organisations from around ten users up to several hundred, across single and multiple sites. Below ten users a lighter support arrangement usually makes more sense, and we will say so.
Do you replace our internal IT person or work with them?
Either. Some clients have no internal IT at all and we act as the whole function. Others have one or two people internally, and we take on the out-of-hours cover, the specialist work and the escalations, which usually makes the internal role considerably more effective.
What are your response times?
They depend on the service level you choose and the severity of the issue. A critical outage affecting the whole organisation is treated very differently from a single-user request, and both targets are written into the agreement before you sign it.
Is on-site support included?
Most issues are resolved remotely, which is faster for everyone. On-site visits are included in most agreements for issues that genuinely require hands on hardware, and the terms are set out clearly in your contract.
What happens to our existing systems when we move to you?
We start with a documented audit of what you have, what condition it is in and what needs attention. Nothing changes until you have seen that assessment and agreed a plan. Transitions from an incumbent provider are something we handle regularly.
