Forty-five minutes with a senior member of our team. No cost, no obligation, and no sales script, just a straight assessment of your situation and what we would do about it.

The first conversation

What to expect

A conversation, not a pitch

We spend most of the first call listening: what is happening, what it is costing you, what has already been tried and what is constraining the options.

An honest initial assessment

Our view of the problem, the realistic options and the trade-offs between them, including the option of doing nothing for now.

An indication of cost and time

Not a formal quotation, but enough of a range that you can judge whether this is worth taking further before either of us invests more effort.

A written follow-up

A short summary of what we discussed and what we would suggest as a next step, so you have something to share internally.

Prefer to talk right now?

Call +233 53 673 5911 during office hours and ask for the consulting team. If you are dealing with a live incident, say so and we will prioritise it.

The process

What happens next

A simple, predictable sequence. You are never committed to anything until you sign a written proposal.

1

You submit the form

It reaches our team directly and is acknowledged the same working day.

2

We confirm a time

We propose a slot within a few working days, by video call or in person in Accra.

3

We talk

Forty-five minutes on your situation, the options and our honest recommendation.

4

You get it in writing

A short written summary and suggested next step, whether or not you take it further.

5

You decide

If it makes sense to proceed, we scope and quote properly. If not, no follow-up pressure.

FAQs

Questions people ask before booking

Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We do it because it is the only reliable way for both of us to work out whether there is a good fit.

A senior consultant or the relevant practice lead: someone who can discuss your problem substantively rather than take notes and pass them on.

That is fine and very common. Many organisations want an independent second opinion before committing to something significant. We will give you an honest view, including if your current supplier is handling it well.

No. Most first conversations happen by video call, which is usually quicker to arrange. If you are in Accra and would rather meet at our office or yours, we are happy to.

Nothing formal. It helps if you can describe the problem, roughly how long it has been going on and what has already been tried. If you have a rough budget range in mind, sharing it saves time for everyone.
