Automation and AI where they genuinely pay for themselves.
We look for the repetitive, high-volume, error-prone work in your organisation and remove it, with workflow automation, document processing and, where it fits, applied AI. Practical results, measured in hours and errors saved.
Where the opportunity usually is
These are the situations that most often bring organisations to us for this service. If two or three of them land, there is a conversation worth having.
- Staff spend hours each week copying data between systems or reformatting reports
- Invoices, applications or forms are processed by hand, slowly and inconsistently
- Approvals travel by email and stall because nobody knows whose turn it is
- Customer enquiries repeat the same twenty questions and consume your best people
- Month-end requires several people and several days of manual assembly
- You have been told to do something with AI and want a use case that actually returns value
What is included
The full capability. Most engagements start with part of it and grow, so you are not obliged to take everything on day one.
Automation opportunity assessment
We map your processes, measure where the time actually goes and rank opportunities by hours saved against effort to implement.
Workflow and process automation
Approvals, onboarding, request handling and routine operations automated using Power Automate, Zapier-class tools or custom services.
Document and data processing
Extracting structured data from invoices, forms, applications and scanned records, with human review where accuracy matters.
Conversational assistants
Support and internal assistants grounded in your own documentation, with clear boundaries and escalation to a person when appropriate.
Applied machine learning
Forecasting, classification, anomaly detection and prioritisation, where you have the data volume to make it reliable.
Robotic process automation
For legacy systems with no API, software robots that perform the same steps a person would, faster and without transcription errors.
AI governance and safety
Policy, data handling rules, human oversight and audit trails, so AI use is defensible to regulators, clients and your own board.
Measurement
Before-and-after measurement of cycle time, error rates and cost, so the value is demonstrated rather than assumed.
What changes for your organisation
The outcomes we hold ourselves to. We agree how each one will be measured before work begins.
- Hours returned to your team every week, redirected to work that needs judgement
- Fewer transcription errors and less rework
- Faster turnaround on approvals, applications and customer requests
- Processes that run consistently regardless of who is on leave
- AI adopted with governance in place rather than shadow tools appearing unmanaged
- A clear return on investment you can show the finance director
How we deliver it
The same five stages apply whether this is a short assessment or a long-term managed service.
Strategy
We start with your business goals, current systems, budget and constraints, then agree what good looks like and how it will be measured.
Design
We design the solution end to end: architecture, integrations, security, data, user experience and the plan to get there safely.
Build
We deliver in planned stages with clear milestones, regular demonstrations and testing, so there are no surprises at go-live.
Secure
Security, access control, backup and compliance are built into every stage, not bolted on once the project is finished.
Support
We train your people, hand over documentation and stay on to monitor, maintain and improve the solution over time.
Common questions
Is our organisation big enough for this to be worth it?
Frequently yes, and smaller than people expect. The test is not headcount, it is repetition. A five-person finance team spending two days a month assembling a report has a strong business case. Volume of repeated work matters far more than size of organisation.
Will automation replace our staff?
In our experience it changes what they spend time on rather than removing the roles. The work we automate is usually the work people least want to do: re-keying, chasing, reformatting. We are straight with clients about the implications either way, and we would rather you hear it before the project than after.
Is it safe to use AI with our data?
It depends entirely on how it is set up, which is why governance is part of every engagement. We address where data is processed, what is retained, which staff can use which tools, and what must never be entered into a public service. For sensitive information there are architectures that keep data inside your own environment.
How do we know it works before committing?
We start with one process. A contained pilot with measured results tells you far more than a strategy document, and if the numbers do not justify going further, you have lost very little.
Often combined with
Services that tend to be delivered alongside this one.
Data & Analytics
Turn scattered data into dashboards and reporting your leadership team actually uses.
Systems Integration
Make your existing platforms talk to each other instead of replacing what already works.
Software Development
Custom applications, portals, websites and mobile apps designed around how you work.
